Hey I’m Liz (She/Her) ! I am an Oregonian who loves being outdoors in the beautiful PNW. I am often out running trails with my wildly adorable puppy, Otis. I have been a PT for over 10 years and get excited about being your professional guide to healing. I’m very familiar with treating a wide variety of ailments from head to toe and all levels of activity from high to low. You will find that I am a highly skilled manual therapy provider with a strong belief in the importance of exercise and movement to meet your life goals, and utilize a fitness forward approach to rehab. I value authenticity and personal connection, and I recognize that therapy should be personalized to you! I strongly believe in an inclusion-and consent-based approach for all individuals, and utilize education and training to decrease fear and improve knowledge as you heal and recover. As a PT, I strive to create a collaborative approach to your health and wellness. Let’s work together to formulate a plan to create a stronger, healthier you!
