Hi, I’m Molly (She/Her)! I’m originally from Columbia, SC and have spent time living in several states across the country studying ballet and dancing professionally. I moved to Portland, OR in 2019 with my spousal Farmer, and shortly after, began my pursuit into massage therapy at East West College of the Healing Arts with a focus on Dance Medicine. Since then, my own personal journey with the hEDS trifecta led me to retire from dancing, and dive deeply into learning everything I could about treating hEDS/HSD and common comorbidities.
It is my number one priority to provide a safe healing space for those who have experienced medical trauma and gaslighting. I work extensively with folks living with chronic illness, PTSD, Panic / Anxiety, Depression, Neurodivergence, Dysautonomia - who have found it difficult to receive massage in the past.
I have an integrative and trauma informed approach to bodywork. Though my work is very slow and gentle, the work I do is very deep in nature, when appropriate- accessing the deepest tissues, viscera and nerves.
I firmly believe that your circumstances should never hinder you from receiving the care you need and deserve- no matter your unique situation, be it physical or financial. If my rates feel inaccessible to you- please reach out to me directly to discuss my sliding scale.
When I’m not doing bodywork, you can find me in the fields at Our Table Cooperative, farming and smiling at organic cut flowers.
